Which R6 receiver is it? There are several R6 receivers, such as the Duplex R6, Duplex R6 EX and Duplex R6 Rex. In addition, the receivers must be equipped with the latest software. Some old Duplex R6 receivers can not be updated and do not have the EX bus.
The transmitter must also be equipped with the latest software.

Chapter 8.7 of the transmitter manual explains how to use device explorer for this task:
- for plain R6 just modify the Serial Link from Jeti Box to EX Bus, then use EXT pin
- for Rex6 Assist go to Configuration > Alternative pins and set either E1 or E2 pin to EX bus (more details in Rex Assist manual chapter 7)
