Has anyone had problems with either of the DLE 111 or DLA 112 motors, I have heard some herendous comments about these Eastern motors. :shock: :shock: and then again some great ones to.
Judging from what I have also read-up, the DLE's (Dong Ling Engines) quality is much better than the DLA (Breakaway reps for DLE now doing their own engines) but the machining of the DLA is really nice looking, carbs seem to be problematic if not Walbro and some ignitions have not worked out of the box??? I have never owned either of these and can't judge, I pse need some guidance from guys who are flying these engines and your opinions. The DA100 would probably be a better choice but it comes at more than double the price of the DLE/DLA.
Suppose one gets what you pay for, I don't know??
