DC16 Problem with a non-opening trim button

Hi yesterday I had a problem with a non-opening trim button, the DC 16 could be unable to operate on and off any more. After POWER and press ESC turned off the DC16. Upon restart, it reported please open trim button. After I pressed the trim button again everything was in order.
I then tested if something happens bridged man holding another button, the DC 16 Operation depends then on forever.
My question is, in the software to ignore a key not open immediately and show the error on the display.

Hallo ich hatte gestern ein Problem mit einem nicht öffnenden Trimmtaster, die DC 16 ließ sich nicht mehr bedienen und auch nicht mehr ausschalten. Nach drücken von POWER und ESC schaltete die DC16 ab. Beim Neustart meldete sie bitte Trimmtaste öffnen. Nachdem ich den Trimmtaster nochmals drückte war alles wieder in Ordnung.
Ich habe dann mal getestet was passiert wenn mann einen anderen Taster gebrückt hält, die DC 16 Bedienung hängt sich dann immer auf.
Meine Frage, kann in der Software eine nicht öffnende Taste nicht sofort ignoriert werden und als Fehler im Display anzeigt werden.

I had the same problem some weeks ago during a maiden flight of a model, where excessive trimming is quite usual. The elevator down trim button stucked and therefore no other button worked, while the elevator moved to 100% down trim. Fortunately I could land the plane and because no buttons worked, I opened the backcover and disconnected the lipo to turn the transmitter off. After reconection of the lipo I turned the transmitter on again and a message Popper up like: please release the trim button. After pressing the trim button the message disappeared and everything worked fine till now. Only all settings which were done during the last on time were lost.
While flying with the stucked trim button I could not feel a mechanical difference on that button.

My question is, if the button should be replaced for safety reason.
