Set flaps to a specific phase + plus elevator mix + time = strange result
22 Okt. 2017 15:18 - 22 Okt. 2017 15:21I have a Dornier 27 where I'm working some new mixes: The basic idea is to have three flight phases: Launch (or Take Off), Normal for cruise mode and Landing.
Flap control is P5.
During Launch, Flaps drop to 20º with no mix on the elevator, so I don't get any bad influences during takeoff.
During Cruise, Flaps go to 0º, and they take around 6 seconds to go to full 45º when I use my P5 slider. It's mixed 20% with elevator to avoid any attitude change. The mix runs smoothly on the elevator, that needs same 6 seconds to go to the end position.
During Landing, Flaps drop to 40º, with a 20% with elevator to avoid the same attitude change.
During Launch and Landing, P5 is overriden and has no control on flaps.
It's in Landing where I have trouble to work elevator mix. I was hoping it would drop nicely taking 6 seconds to simulate proper flap extension. While the flaps need 6 seconds or so, the elevator just snaps to the end position in a wink.
Suggestions?
Please find attached the screenshots, the model as defined today.

Re: Set flaps to a specific phase + plus elevator mix + time = strange result
27 Okt. 2017 19:14In flight mode landing use P5 as butterfly switch.
In flight mode cruse and start there is no switch.
Here use the flight mode trim or the right function curve.
That's all.
