Google translate does make things more difficult. By default everything is enabled but in reality the only things that should have a check mark are Aileron servos should have a check mark under roll, Elevator channels should have a check mark under pitch, the rudder should have a check mark under Yaw. This needs to be repeated for each Assist flight mode. Basically channels with a check mark under yaw will have corrections applied when the model yaws, etc. I'm not sure how big a problem it is to have none control surface channels enabled but they aren't needed and I'm concerned it may cause problems. To avoid any possibility of problems, I only enable channels for the axis that they correspond with. Everything else is disabled (x). This has worked well for me and my Assist flies perfectly. Hope this helps, or at least makes sense after Google is done with it :^)
