Mezon - Kapazitätsübernahme bzw. Rücksetzung

Hallo Robert,

ich hab da noch nix gemacht.
Hab aktuell auch keinen Mezon mehr im Einsatz weil ich alles auf YEP 90 umgestellt habe.
Ein Mezon 120 liegt noch in der Schachtel und wartet auf eine LS6, die verzögert sich aber auf unbestimmte Zeit.
In der Hoffnung auf einen kompakten Strom/GPS/Vario-Sensor von Stephan Merz nutze ich derzeit die Kombi GPS-Logger2/UniSens-E bzw. LinkVario mit Stromsensor.
Ich steh halt mit Jeti Sensoren auf Kriegsfuß weil alles separat gemessen wird was komplett unsinnig ist und einen Expander erfordert. Zudem kann man keine Werte im Sensor abwählen wie z.B. beim GPS-Logger.
Da ist Jeti echt Jahre zurück - schade.

Tja, dann wird auch meine UnisensE/Linkvario-Kombi weiterhin zum Einsatz kommen.
Bin ja gespannt, ob die neuen Mezon telemetriemässig etwas intelligenter sein werden.

I understood it like this:

- Use the model, used capacity is going up
- Store the capacity to transmitter, end of flight one
- When doing another flight read the capacity from previous flight and add new used capacity to that
- Use the total capacity from flight one and two to display total capacity
- Reset total capacity with a switch

If this is what you want then this is easy?

Yep this is the requirement.
The problem with the Jeti current sensors (and Mezon) is the fact that the capacity value always resets when you switch on the Rx.
This is very inconvenient when slope gliding or alpine gliding since the motor is just used quickly for launching or in case of no thermals to get back home.
But the battery is beeing used the whole day or even longer and therefore the capacity should be accumulated until reset manually.
Other sensors like UniSens-E do reset depending on the choosen setting (always, never, auto). Auto Reset will detect a new battery by its voltage.

First, thanks for your effort to take a eye on our desires.

Addional to your requirement list, it would be nice to have a "live view" of the capacity comsumption. That means while using motorpower the current capacity will be added continuously to the value of the previous flight.

Almost done yesterday. There is live view of cumulative capacity used, also possibility to set alarm via Lua-control.

I am still hunting an issue where the old capacity used does not survive transmitter restart. Should be complete in a day or three
