Ich hoffe das Teros da irgendwann wieder Zeit zu findet. Freue mich auch schon voll drauf habe ja auch schon ein paar Dinge hier dafür liegen. Wir können nur hoffen das Teros damit bald weiter macht.

Moin zusammen,

ich möchte das interessante Thema Tankstation wieder aufgreifen.
Mein Ziel ist es, eine automatische Befüllung von Beuteltanks mit einem Arduino zu realisieren.
Jetzt bin ich auf der Suche nach einem passenden und LEICHT zu beschaffenen Drucksensor (0-1bar). Hat jemand einen Tipp?

Ich hab mehrere von denen für ein anderes Projekt eingesetzt. Die funktionieren bisher viele Stunden einwandfrei. Leider ist der Sensor etwas klobig, was anderes habe ich damals aber auch nicht gefunden.

Hi All,

I have built a fueling station that measures fuel in and out of the airplane. It is controlled by a lua app running on the Jeti TX. I tapped into the serial I/O (UART) ports on the main board that were recently enabled with the new TX firmware. I have a bluetooth modem in a 3D printed case on the back of the TX. A very small 4-conductor cable comes out of the TX to the BT UART from one of the screw holes. The UART is automatically turned off when the airplane is powered on for flying.

I had originally done this with an ios app running on the iPhone to control the pump, and of course that works and is a lot of fun .. but it makes a lot more sense to control it from the TX since what we really want to do is compare the fuel burned as reported by the ECU to the amount of fuel put back from the fuel station after the flight. So it's the TX that "needs to know" the fueling parameters.

I use the same Biotech flow sensor that Jeti uses on the MFLOW system and I get 1-2% accuracy in flow measurements. When the transmitter shuts down after a flight it records in a file the fuel burned, and then when the TX is turned on to control the fueling station to refuel the plane, it knows how much the ECU says was burned and can compare.

I regulate the delivery pressure .. by putting the fuel pump in a PID feedback loop, and the delivery pressure is controlled by the 3D knob on the TX.

I have done a PCB for the controller, and also have made a folded aluminum box and some 3D printed parts.

I use a particle Argon (similar to Arduino programming model with C++ .. but offers over -the-air updates on their cloud) as the processor.

For now I have just done this for myself but I am more than happy to share all the designs and code with anyone who would like to work on the project with me.
